The Troubleshooting Process is to help you logically solve the problem need. The troubleshooting process is used by IT people fixing a computer network, or something different.
- Identify the problem
- Establish a theory
- Test the theory
- If it does not work them go back and figure out a new theory to test
- Establish a plan of action and implement
- Verify system works
- Document
- Make sure client is satiated
- Problem is solved
