The Troubleshooting Process is to help you logically solve the problem need.  The troubleshooting process is used by IT people fixing a computer network, or something different.

  1. Identify the problem
  2. Establish a theory
  3. Test the theory
    • If it does not work them go back and figure out a new theory to test
  1. Establish a plan of action and implement
  2. Verify system works
  3. Document
  4. Make sure client is satiated
  5. Problem is solved
