- Quite working at the same time, you usually would to not become burned out.
- Take a lunch or dinner break to help you clear your mind and regroup.
- Turn off all distractions and put on some white noise.
- Make sure other people on your team at work know how to reach you.
- Make sure you return your emails, calls, and voice mails promptly.
