  1. Quite working at the same time, you usually would to not become burned out.

 

  1. Take a lunch or dinner break to help you clear your mind and regroup.

 

  1. Turn off all distractions and put on some white noise.

 

  1. Make sure other people on your team at work know how to reach you.

 

  1. Make sure you return your emails, calls, and voice mails promptly.
